Take the Chore out of Chores

With summer here, it’s time to get my children more involved in household chores.  During the school year, between homework, sports, and family dinners, there isn’t a lot of time for them to help around the house. They definitely do some, but summer is when we raise our expectations of them. A lot of parents end up doing all the chores because it can be so much easier to just do them yourself. It’s draining for parents to have to constantly nag their children to do their chores.
