Floor & Decor, a leading specialty retailer of hard surface flooring and accessories, plans to occupy the former Tualatin Haggen Market location that has sat vacant for nine years.

The Tualatin Haagen store was one of the first to close its doors after an ill-fated attempt to absorb 146 stores that Albertson’s was forced to divest to appease regulators during its 2014 acquisition of Safeway.
Haggen filed for bankruptcy a short six months later, eventually selling many of the stores back to Albertsons.
The new store offers a vast selection of high-quality flooring products, including tile, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and stone. Customers can also find a wide range of flooring accessories, such as underlayments, adhesives, and trim.
