Excitement is rapidly building across the city as the community prepares for the highly anticipated 2026 Tualatin Valley Pride celebration. This free, all-ages event, dedicated to honoring diversity, inclusion, and the ongoing fight for equality, is scheduled to take place on Saturday, May 30, from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the picturesque Tualatin Lake on the Commons.

Hosted by the local nonprofit Tualatin Valley Pride, this year’s gathering promises a vibrant afternoon filled with color, joy, and meaningful connections. Since establishing its annual presence, the celebration has become a cornerstone event for fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for all residents.

Organizers have carefully curated a schedule of events designed to bring neighbors together to celebrate LGBTQ+ identities and the broader community. The festivities will actively engage attendees, kicking off with the annual Pride Stride. This energetic march around the lake will be proudly led by Queer Cheer PDX’s spirited and enthusiastic cheerleaders.

Following the march, the Commons will come alive with top-tier entertainment, highlighted by a gorgeous, fun-filled drag show hosted by the iconic Pacific Northwest drag queen, Poison Waters.

Beyond the performances, the event space will be lined with a diverse array of queer-centric vendors and local organizations. These booths will provide attendees with vital community resources, educational materials, and plenty of unique shopping opportunities supporting local artisans and businesses.

Tualatin Valley Pride 2026 is designed for everyone. Organizers are enthusiastically inviting the public to bring the whole family, their chosen friend groups, and even their cute dogs to share in the festivities. Whether you are a long-time advocate or attending your first Pride event, the afternoon is set to be a memorable reflection of a united, inclusive community.
