The Friends of the Tualatin Library will hold a two-day Used Book Sale on Friday, May 17, from 3 to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday, May 18, from 10 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Community Room of the Tualatin Public Library, 18878 SW Martinazzi Ave. in Tualatin.
Please join us for a “Members Only” pre-sale on Friday afternoon from 2 to 3:00 p.m. Current Friends of the Library members will have first pick of all sale material. You can become a member at the door before the pre-sale hour.
This spring sale will feature lots of fiction and non-fiction books for adults, as well as plenty of children’s titles, including board books, early readers, and picture books. Special offerings include puzzles and board games, many adult graphic novels, loads of hardback fiction, some LP albums (classical), and music CDs in the lobby.
Most book prices are in the 50 cents to $2 range except for some especially nice books and other items, which will be priced individually. During the last hour of the sale on Saturday, May 18, from 3 – 4:00 p.m., you can fill a bag with regularly priced books for only $5! Special-priced items tagged with a yellow sticker will be half-price.
Credit cards and cash are accepted for payment. (Sorry, no checks).
