Join the fun at the Riverpark Community Fair on May 17 at Jurgens Park from 1:00 to 3:00. New this year: police K-9 demonstrations, Wild Horse Mustang Ranch, and the new CERT Radio Trailer will be on display.

There will be activities for the kids, emergency preparedness information, city staff on hand to answer questions, and displays from local groups. Start your garden with free plant and flower starts or grab that book you’ve been wanting to read from the library table’s free selection. Learn about what to do in the event of an emergency from CERT and Neighborhood Ready teams. Ask the questions you’ve been saving up about City Services and Save Tualatin Road.
While you browse the booths, your children can enjoy birdhouse and magnet painting or have their faces whimsically painted by local teens. There will be snacks for all and some gift giveaways to contribute to the fun. But most of all, take a little time to meet your neighbors, share the afternoon with them, and celebrate our wonderful community.
