The team at Tech Heads Inc., a Tigard-based IT consultancy, braved the August heat to help a local nonprofit, Packed with Pride. The Tech Heads team filled 150 boxes bound for families in need from 17 schools across the Tigard-Tualatin School District.
The two organizations share core values of showing up for each other in times of need, and solving problems, common ground that made the volunteer opportunity a natural fit. Tech Heads maintains a commitment to community involvement, giving charitable donations and volunteering time to local establishments in need over the company’s 28 years in business.
Their next volunteering event is “Put Down Roots” tree planting for the City of Tualatin on November 4.
