Turn in your Summer Reading Logs

August 31 is the final day to get your Summer Reading logs turned in at the Tualatin Public Library, so get reading! Haven’t started yet? It’s not too late to come grab a reading log. We’ve got piles of free books to give away to all participants, as well as four fabulous grand prizes, including a $200 gift certificate to Barnes and Noble and huge LEGO sets.

Makerspace Open Lab

The Makerspace is open several days a week for anyone who wants to check it out and use some of our equipment to make cool projects. Room assistants will be available to guide you in the basic use of our provided tools. Come with an idea and leave with a finished project!

NOTE: Everyone needs a signed waiver to use the Makerspace room; people under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. 

Makerspace Open Labs will be held weekly on the following schedule:

Sundays, 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm 
Tuesdays, 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Thursdays, 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm 
Saturdays, 10:00 pm – 12:00 pm 

Fall Storytimes

Starting in September, the Library will have a new storytime schedule for all the families out there.

Book Babies: (0-18 months): Mondays at 10:30 am, starting September 19th.
Tiny Tots: (1 – 2 and a half years old): Tuesdays at 10:30 am, starting September 20.
Toddler Storytime: (2-4 years old): Wednesdays at 10:30 am, starting September 21.
Preschool Storytime: Thursdays at 1:00 pm, starting September 22. 

Vine2Wine Returns to Tualatin Public Library

Sunday, September 18, 7:00 – 9:30 pm

Vine2Wine is back! The Tualatin Library Foundation is proud to announce the triumphant return of its annual fundraiser for the Tualatin Public Library. This year will feature tastings from six different wineries, as well as food pairings and live music.
